Leadership and bench

Talora began with a solo founder who brought extensive remote work experience with US-based SEO and web design agencies. The founder is a strategist specializing in clear, conversion-focused messaging and systems that drive predictable client acquisition. 

Later, a partner joined who is well-versed in remote talent acquisition, having worked with a company sourcing talent from South Africa and the Philippines. Together, they lead Talora with clarity in recruiting through tight briefs, crisp communication, and compelling candidate narratives that simplify decision-making. 

They are supported by a team of human resource experts and specialist consultants in engineering, product, marketing, and other fields to ensure quality throughout the vetting process.
